Answer: No. Applications are not automatically declined on the basis of National Hunter data, and organisations must conduct their own checks before taking any action. All organisations are fully audited on their use of the system on a regular basis.
Answer: No. Debt collection agencies do not have access to National Hunter.
Answer: Experian Decision Analytics are our service provider, and a subsidiary of Experian. They house the data on our behalf.
Answer: You may have been directed to us if your application has been unsuccessful, and where the organisation concerned submits data to National Hunter. This does not necessarily mean that National Hunter data has contributed to that decision, but if you are in any doubt, you may want to check the information we hold about you.
